On Tap: Center of the Universe, aka COTU, excels with ales and lagers. Their Pocahoptas IPA is a local favorite and is often on tap. Right now, their delicious Oktoberfest is also available. For all the beers, click here!
We enjoyed: In addition to the Oktoberfest, we sampled both "Georgie" (mixed berry pale ale) & "Porgie" (chocolate pudding porter). These limited release brews were both outstanding, though we thought the porter was the best. For more on these brews, and their colloaboration with Ardent Craft Ales, click here.
Why we love this place (aka the Story): The story on their website says it all, but we'll add that we love the outdoor picnic area including cornhole boards, the pinball machines, & their space-inspired recent remodel! At the heart of it all, Center of the Universe is a community favorite & brews impressive craft beer.
